"Admit it. You aren’t like them. You’re not even close. You may occasionally dress yourself up as one of them, watch the same mindless television shows as they do, maybe even eat the same fast food sometimes. But it seems that the more you try to fit in, the more you feel like an outsider, watching the “normal people” as they go about their automatic existences. For every time you say club passwords like “Have a nice day” and “Weather’s awful today, eh?”, you yearn inside to say forbidden things like “Tell me something that makes you cry” or “What do you think deja vu is for?”. Face it, you even want to talk to that girl in the elevator. But what if that girl in the elevator (and the balding man who walks past your cubicle at work) are thinking the same thing? Who knows what you might learn from taking a chance on conversation with a stranger? Everyone carries a piece of the puzzle. Nobody comes into your life by mere coincidence. Trust your instincts. Do the unexpected. Find the others."

Something was on my mind lately: it has been over four weeks since I last saw the prince. He used to greet me with a wide smile on his face, and talk to me whenever I’m sad or lonely, and I love to hear his stories about travelling along the asteroids.
One day, without a sound, something must’ve taken him away from me as I awake from my dreams, he’s no longer by my side like he used to be, and I felt incredibly sad and lonely. Since then, I’ve been looking for him over the mountains, under the sea, and over every continent and land I can reach, but still, he vanished.
I wish to reach you again, no matter how slim the chances are, no matter how absurd it is to look for you in such an irrational way. Perhaps I still wanted to get to know you more because we simply haven’t been together long enough.

"Should’ve known better now I miss you,
like Sahara misses rain
Changing like the weather maybe it’s true.
Maybe you’re not gonna change."

A faunlet, an unfathomable creature of its kind.
No one would ever look directly to it as you would fall helplessly into that powerless, begging yet luring eyes, especially when they put themselves into a vulnerable situation. They desire for your attention, they yearn for your affection. Their fragile bodies give you an evident hint, an unmistakable sign that asks for your generous intimacy and caress. Perhaps this is an evolutionary mechanism that triggers our empathy, our needs to fulfil other’s needs, our compassion to others, especially when it comes to the well-beings of younglings.
It all comes down to us, for our duty is to to protect, to safeguard this unfathomable creature of its kind.

Once again, I’m staying beneath the light of the sun, painting on the canvas of the countryside with a beautiful palette that changes in season, while breathing the gentle aroma of extravagant florets.
I’ll be seeing you there, and we will make our sweetest dreams come true.

If there’s a scene I’d like to be in, it’d be this one, as there’s nothing like a warm and pleasant day spending with my family in the late afternoon, preparing food for the children and pets. And I’d be the painter of this picture, watching over all those little movements that took place in the kitchen.

We’re both smiling at each other, watching at the signs of blossoming spring. Sometimes I just wish for a place, a paradise reserved only for both of us.
